This programme is designed for workers who have been in junior management for some time or have grown into a supervisory or managerial role. It seeks to address challenges faced and opportunities available when managing and leading teams.
This programme is designed to address the day to day challenges experienced by staff when interacting with customers either directly or indirectly. The course can also be tailored for training needs experienced at different levels in service delivery.
We offer consultancy services on the following:
a) Customer service charter: A service charter is a public document outlining the information on services an organisation offers; the standards of service that customers should expect and guidelines on how to make complaints or suggestions for improvement. We can develop a customer service charter for your organisation from inception or modify an existing one.
b) Customer satisfaction surveys: We carry out customer satisfaction surveys amongst the internal customers and also the external customers.
c) Moderation/facilitation: We offer conference and seminar moderation services. We work with the client to understand the objectives of the conference or seminar and the outcome expected after which we moderate the sessions in such a way that the objectives are met.
d) Recruitment services: We carry out recruitment of staff on behalf of organisations. Using our databank of job seekers as well as head hunting where necessary, we are able to carry out the recruitment process from identifying potential candidates to delivering a thoroughly vetted shortlist to the client.
A-ONE E. Africa is a limited liability company providing on-the-job skills training and related consultancy services to organisations within the East African Region. Having interacted with various organisations, we identified a need for continued workforce training on skills required by employees to effectively carry out their jobs.
While an organisation’s employees are able to effectively carry out the technical aspects of their jobs which constitute their core business, they are not always able to help develop the non-technical skills required to grow their efficiency to even higher levels. A-One East Africa was born out of the need to help organisations bridge this skills gap. A-One East Africa works with consultants with vast experience and expertise in their respective fields. This experience has been acquired in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, Somaliland and Puntland.
